We are excited to now offer Yoga Classes with instructor Maureen Rousseve!
These classes are designed for all levels, from beginner to advanced practitioners of yoga. Our small class sizes offer you individualized instruction and modifications for your level.
The chair/props yoga class is designed for people new to yoga who may have limited flexibility due to age, injury, or loss of balance. This class will help to restore range of motion, flexibility, balance, and strength in a comforting environment with individualized instruction.
