Yoga and Play

Playful, creative, and fun functional movement,
combined with “Within” mind-body work.

YogaFit Kids

Mindful movement, games, share circles, breath work, and visualization are used to move energy through the body as we calm the mind. YogaFit Kids allows all children to participate at their own level. Children start by holding the poses naturally, in the way that feels best in their bodies. The emphasis will be on feeling the pose in the body, and not perfecting the pose. Each week, four new poses are introduced and past poses learned are reviewed in a fun and playful way. A small snack and water are provided.
