Maureen Roussevehas a B.A. in Elementary Education from Saint Mary's College, is an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, both AED and CPR certified, and is currently working towards being a registered yoga instructor through Yogafit.com

We offer classes designed for all levels, from beginner to advanced practitioners of yoga, and our small class sizes offer you individualized instruction and modifications for your level.

Gentle Yoga

with Props

Gentle Yoga with Props

This is a mixed-level class.  You do not need any prior yoga experience to participate.  This class includes sun salutations, warrior series, balance poses, supine position poses, and includes props to help deepen your practice.  This class ends with final relaxation and a gentle shoulder massage (optional).

  • Currently offered Tuesdays from 4pm-5pm and Thursdays from 9:30am-10:30am

  • Cost is $15 per session

  • Space is limited to 8 participants


Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga Class

Prenatal yoga is a great way to work essential muscles for moms-to-be, and can also be excellent for preparing for delivery by developing good breathing habits and mindfulness. Medical experts at the Mayo Clinic confirm that prenatal yoga is an excellent way for expecting mothers to prepare their pelvic floor for delivery (which aids in avoiding post-delivery complications), as well as work out and prevent pregnancy pain in the back, feet, and hips. We're excited to offer a 6 week yoga program designed for expecting mothers! Starting January 17th, join us once a week in preparation for delivering your little one.

  • This class is currently offered Thursdays from 7pm-8pm

  • Cost is $90 for 6 classes

  • Space is limited to 8 participants


Evening Flow

Evening Flow

Our evening flow class is designed for yoga practitioners of all levels and promotes a sense of relaxation and calm after a busy day. Yoga has been shown to help restore sleep while also promoting improved flexibility, circulation, strength, and focus.  These gentle yoga positions and flowing movements help elongate muscles, improve breathing, and reduce stress which promotes restful sleep.  The small class size allows our instructor to provide individualized attention and modifications as needed. 

  • Currently offered Thursdays, 7:00 - 8:00pm

  • Cost is $15 per session

  • Space is limited to 8 participants
