Nutrition Approaches to Grateful Guts

Join Erin Hurst, registered dietitian nutritionist, for a gut health and happiness program! Imagine starting 2018 with more self-confidence, since you no longer have to dress around uncomfortable belly bloat, plan outings around accessible bathrooms or spend disposable income on laxatives, anti-diarrhea medications or heartburn relief. We can help you get there!

This is a 10-week program designed to reduce inflammation and digestive discomfort, identify trigger foods, and teach you how to maintain your improved gut health through lifestyle and nutrition management. Participants will receive resources for meal planning and preparation during each phase of the program, attend three (3) group classes and engage in wellness activities to help you learn more about your individual health needs.

Who:

If you have been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome; suffer from chronic constipation, diarrhea or a combination of the two; live with excessive gas, bloating or abdominal pain that makes you feel like a balloon about to burst, and look six months pregnant after meals; If you have a long history of digestive symptoms, a cabinet full of failed remedies or tried more fiber, water and exercise without success, then this program might provide you with some long awaited relief.
