Dr. Kelley Penrose, DPT

Kelley Penrose, PT graduated from the University of Evansville in 2002 with her Bachelor of Science and Master of Physical Therapy degrees.  After initially working in the acute care setting of a hospital, she found her niche in outpatient orthopedics and has over 20 years of experience in private practice settings.

Kelley has extensive training in many manual therapy techniques for the treatment of the spine and peripheral joints, fascia, and muscle injuries.  Manual therapy techniques include Maitland, McKenzie, Mulligan, and Paris, as well as positional release techniques, and the Kinesio-taping method. She also specializes in the treatment of Women’s health disorders, including pelvic pain, incontinence, pain associated with pregnancy, and more. 

Kelley, her husband Bob, and their two boys live in Osceola.  The Penrose family have been in the Michiana area for several generations.  Bob grew up in Mishawaka, played football and soccer for Penn High School and earned a Master’s degree from Notre Dame.  They have a passion for service and actively volunteer in their church and in the community.


Dr. Randi Osterloo, DPT

Bristol, IN native Randi Osterloo is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Exercise Science Graduate of Indiana University Bloomington. Randi also obtained her Manual Therapy Certification in 2012 from The University of St. Augustine, which allows her to utilize her unique manual skill set with her patients. Randi believes patient education and research based therapy interventions are the key to improving one’s condition, and to return patients to the life they love.

Through her doctorate training and while working in Cincinnati, she took a special interest in treating pelvic floor dysfunctions for both the male and female populations. Randi worked with a Pelvic Health specialized physical therapist in Cincinnati, OH for 6 years before deciding to return to the Michiana area. 

She thoroughly enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, boating, canoeing/kayaking, and cross-country skiing, as well as playing tennis. She also ensures her familiarity with various forms of exercise such as yoga, pilates, barre and is interested in learning more about cross-fit training.


Dr. Amy Estes, DPT

Amy Estes, DPT graduated from Bethel University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Andrews University in 2023. Prior to earning her Doctorate, Amy worked in the outpatient orthopedic physical therapy field as a physical therapist technician for 7 years. She is passionate about helping patients take control of their health and quality of life, and is focused on providing an evidence-based approach to patient care. Amy is a Southwest Michigan native who lives in Mishawaka with her husband and their
bulldog, Lily. In her free-time, Amy enjoys traveling, cooking, baking, crafting, and spending time outdoors.


Dr. Tiffany Stutzman, DPT

Tiffany “Tiff” Stutzman, PT, DPT, MDNC graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2008 with her Bachelor of Science in Health Professions and from Central Michigan University in 2011 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She began her career working in a subacute rehab facility, working with a wide variety of diagnoses. It was in this setting that she first recognized the great need for pelvic floor physical therapy, when the vast majority of her patients demonstrated incontinence or other pelvic floor dysfunctions. This ignited a passion for pelvic health therapy as she transitioned into outpatient care, also getting certified in dry needling therapy. 

In her treatment approach, Tiff utilizes multiple manual therapy interventions, focuses on proper muscle sequencing, activation, and function. Tiff is passionate about helping people find health and healing of the whole body, treating the person as a whole and avoiding the “tunnel vision” approach to care.

Tiff is a Michigan native, but now lives in Goshen with her husband, Bradley, and their children. They enjoy outdoor biking and walks, taking care of their chickens and other farming activities. They also love board games, family activities, and are passionate about mission work and being involved in their church community. Driven by compassion and her deep faith in Christ, Tiff chose to be a physical therapist in order to serve others, help those in need, and help people improve their quality of life. Mallorie Ulbricht, our Customer Care Coordinator, has worked in the physical therapy field since 2011. She has experience in an administrative setting and a clinical setting as a rehabilitation assistant.

Recently married, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and step kids.You can also find her enjoying wine tasting, going to concerts, singing karaoke, and hanging with her dog Chloe. At her church, she serves as a preschool teacher and a youth leader for high school students, and sings on the worship team. Mallorie spent 3 years as a professional makeup artist, and still enjoys doing makeup for friend’s weddings and special events. When she’s not behind the front desk at Penrose, you can find her in the gym, volunteering at her sons school, and in the dugout at his baseball games.

Mallorie looks forward serving you as she helps you navigate scheduling a free consult, setting up your initial evaluation, or helping to ensure you are seen at a time that is convenient for you. She will ensure that documents get to your physician in time for your next appointment, and assist you with submitting a claim to your insurance.
