10-10:30am Chair Yoga
Designed for those new to yoga, healing from an injury, or those needing a little extra help with flexibility and balance. This class emphasizes safety, utilizing a chair, yoga blocks, and other props to assist participants to achieve greater flexibility, balance, and strength.
10:45-11:15am Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga
This class is specifically designed for women who are pregnant or have had a baby within the last year. We will help you determine if you have an abdominal split, and show you how to modify poses to protect your abdominals. Connect with other women, practice good self care, and reenergize yourself in this class.
11:30-12:00pm Yoga Flow
This class is for all levels of yoga practitioners. Move through gentle yoga poses and movement patterns to build strength, promote flexibility, improve balance, and reduce stress. This class is generally taught in the evenings and is a perfect way to wind down after work.
